Become an MSBOA Member!

Please read carefully as we have made changes to the MSBOA membership dues structure:

After careful consideration and feedback from our valued members, we have restructured our membership dues to better align with your needs and expectations. Our goal is to enhance the overall membership experience, ensuring that you receive maximum value for your membership dues.

Contractor Membership:

Any independent school bus contractor in Minnesota shall be eligible to become a member of this corporation. An independent school bus contractor means any individual, group of individuals, or entity which has a current contract with a public school, private school, or school district for the purpose of the transportation or conveyance of school children.

1-10 Route Vehicles Tier: $310 Total
11-99 Route Vehicles Tier: $32.75 x Each Route Vehicle
100+ Route Vehicles Tier: $28.75 x Each Route Vehicle

***Route vehicle is defined as any vehicle that is being billed to cover any route. For example, in January when you are completing this form, if you are billing the school district 27 routes for that month that is the number of vehicles used times $32.75, which equals $884.24 dollars due for the year. Please note that spare buses and trip buses are not included in membership dues calculation.***

Super Sponsor Membership Program:

Become an MSBOA Super Sponsor Member and elevate your visibility within the Minnesota School Bus Operators Association community. Our Super Sponsor Membership Program offers three ranges of high-impact packages designed to showcase your company and strengthen your connection to private contractors and school transportation leaders. School districts, public schools, private schools, as well as individuals or companies that manufacture, distribute, or sell school bus–related products or services are eligible to be Associate Members of the MSBOA. An Associate (Vendor) Member is granted all member rights except voting.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are participating in the SUPER SPONSOR MEMBERSHIP Program, you do NOT have to also select Associate Membership, as that is already included in the Super Sponsor Membership package.

Associate (Vendor) Membership:

School districts, public schools, private schools as well as an individual or company which manufactures, distributes or sells school bus related products or services are eligible to be Associate (Vendor) Members of the MSBOA. An Associate Member is granted all member rights except voting.
