The 2026 MSBOA Winter Safety Conference in St. Cloud, MN, is fast approaching, and we are excited to have you register, sponsor, complete your room reservation, and prepare for an informational and engaging few days with industry colleagues. This year’s conference will bring together industry leaders, safety professionals, and school transportation experts for two days of informational sessions, industry networking, and professional collaboration. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring that have everything you need to make the most of your conference experience.
The event will be held from January 30-31, 2026 at
River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud, MN.
The 2026 MSBOA Winter Safety Conference registration rate is $275 for members in good standing. Non-member registration is a flat rate of $325. Please note that proper registration is required to attend all events.
