Final preparations are being made for the 2027 MSBOA Winter Safety Conference, and we are excited to welcome you to a new location in 2027, The Confluence Hotel in Hastings. Be sure to register, explore sponsorship opportunities, and reserve your hotel room as you prepare for two engaging and informative days with student transportation professionals from across Minnesota. This year’s conference will once again bring together student transportation leaders, safety professionals, and policymakers for valuable professional development sessions, vendor partner engagement activities, and social networking events.
Attendees are also invited to join us for the MSBOA PAC Reception and Fundraiser on Friday evening, January 29. Please note that this event requires a separate registration fee. Additional details regarding the MSBOA PAC reception and fundraiser will be distributed at a later date, so be on the lookout for this invitation.

This special rate is available to MSBOA members in good standing through the end of the day on November 24, 2026. After the early bird deadline passes, the MSBOA member registration rate increases to $275.00 per person. The Non-member registration fee is $325.00 per person.

Please also note that the much anticipated Vendor/Bus Dealer Speed Networking Session is reserved exclusively for MSBOA Super Sponsor Members and Associate Members who exhibit and/or purchase a sponsorship valued at $500.00 or more.
