The 2026 MSBOA Summer Conference

The 2026 MSBOA Summer Conference in Brainerd, MN, is fast approaching, and we are excited to have you register, sponsor, reserve your hotel room, and prepare for an informational and engaging few days with student transportation professionals from around Minnesota.
Once again, this year’s conference will bring together student transportation leaders, safety professionals, and policy-makers for two days of informational sessions, networking, and social events. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring that you have everything you need to make the most of your Summer Conference experience.
Don't forget our always popular MSBOA Safety Raffle and the MSBOA Hospitality Suite - traditional parts of the annual Summer Conference - will again be available. The MSBOA Golf Outing and Social Networking Cruise on Gull Lake require an additional individual registration fee that is available on the Registration portal as well.

The 2026 MSBOA Summer Conference registration rate is $425 for MSBOA members in good standing. Non-member registration is a flat rate of $525. Please note that proper registration is required to attend all events.
If you are interested in sponsoring the conference, please review and select your preferred sponsorship package(s) in the “Additional Items” section. Any category not marked “SOLD OUT” remains available. Some MSBOA Super Sponsor Membership Program levels include complimentary registrations, so please contact MSBOA Headquarters during your selection process to confirm details before registering individual attendees.
Additionally, the Vendor/Bus Dealer Outdoor Trade Show is reserved exclusively for MSBOA Super Sponsor Members and Associate (Vendor) Members who exhibit or purchase a sponsorship at $500.00 or more. Non-Members should contact MSBOA at info@msboa.com to ask about membership or Summer Conference Sponsorships.
IMPORTANT: Some MSBOA Super Sponsor Membership Program levels include complimentary registration, so please Super Sponsors should contact MSBOA Headquarters during your selection process to confirm details before registering individual attendees.

Please be aware, year's Summer Conference Room Rate is lower than previous years because it no longer covers Food & Beverage at the Resort, and consequently the Registration Fee has increased to cover overall Conference Food & Beverage needs.
