The MSBOA Summer Conference Vendor Show will occur on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. To maximize the exhibitor experience, all exhibitors, including vehicle exhibitors, will be given a table with two chairs in the actual meeting space. Vehicles will be placed in a designated spot in Ruttger’s parking lot and exhibitor tables will be placed around the perimeter and the back of the primary meeting room.

While official set up occurs Tuesday from 7-8:25 AM, exhibitors are invited to place their items on their assigned tables as early as Monday at 7-7:55 AM (set up cannot disrupt programming which will occur Monday at 8 AM through noon).

Exhibitor set up times include Monday, 7-7:55 AM and Tuesday 7-8:25 AM. Exhibitor take down/strike time will occur Tuesday afternoon, 3-5 PM.

Vendor Booth (includes 1 registration, 8 ft banquet table plus 2 chairs): $495

Vendor Booth additional attendee: $125.00
