After careful consideration and feedback from our valued members, we have restructured our membership dues to better align with your needs and expectations. Our goal is to enhance the overall membership experience, ensuring that you receive maximum value for your investment.

Introducing Two Distinct Membership Forms: Contractor and Associate

Contractor Memberships:

Any independent school bus contractor shall be eligible to become a member of this corporation. An independent school bus contractor means any individual, group of individuals, or entity which has a current contract with a public school, private school, or school district for the purpose of the transportation or conveyance of school children.

• 1-10 Route Vehicles Tier: $300 Total
• 11-99 Route Vehicles Tier: $32 x Each Route Vehicle
• 100+ Route Vehicles Tier: $28 x Each Route Vehicle

• ***Route vehicle is defined as any vehicle that is being billed to cover any route. For example, in January when you are completing this form, if you are billing the school district 27 routes for that month that is the number of vehicles used times $32, which equals $864 dollars due for the year. Spare buses and trip buses are not included.***

• Associate Membership:

  School districts, public schools, private schools as well as an individual or company which manufactures, distributes or sells school bus related products or services are eligible to be Associate Members of the MSBOA. An Associate Member is granted all member rights except voting.

  Beginning in 2025, the annual membership dues for associates have been standardized to a flat fee of $500.
