The MSBOA holds two conferences per year.

The Annual Summer Conference is held on June 19-21, 2023. This Monday-Wednesday event is held at Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria, MN, and includes a trade show, golf mixer, awards ceremony, meetings and networking events. The MN School Bus Expo is held in January every year. This Friday/Saturday event includes a trade show at the St. Cloud River's Edge Convention Center with meetings and networking events. The 2024 Conference will be held January 26-27th.  More information will be coming soon.
